A Little Softball Action

Last week Joshua's team had a double header. Two tied games. Crazy.
Parsley enjoys the games (outside is always a nice option), although she would still rather say soccer ball than softball.

A bit of cautious observation taking place...

Joshua following Brent up to bat.

Clarks next.

She'll never be able to return to everyday life after this riveting entertainment!

I know, I may have exhausted the batting shots, but check out this exciting progression.

Joshua scoffs at the first pitch.

Ahh. This is more like it.

And he's heading to second!

Wait a second....Is he going to make it?!

The ball is launched.

The slide is made.

He's down! But he's safe!

Ok, back to this side of the fence.

Watching Daddy.

And who could blame her.

Garden Shots I

Parsley wanted to bring her purse along for the photo shoot. Here are the shots before she decided to pass it off.

Rose Petals

As I've mentioned before, we've taken a couple of walks at Furman recently. Such a beautiful campus. We stumbled across their rose garden the other night and I am absolutely amazed at how magnificent it is. It makes me feel like I am touring the grounds of Pemberley (well, atleast the rose garden section of the estate). I've been meaning to take Parsley back for a photo shoot before the roses wilt.

Yesterday was our day. Over 300 pictures later, here we are.

Today you just get to see their amazing roses.
And to imagine how much more beautiful they are in person.

And a little taste of the sweetness yet to come...
